Ils sont d\u00e9termin\u00e9s par une convention r\u00e9capitulant les diligences et imputant les provisions sur honoraires qui vous auront \u00e9t\u00e9 demand\u00e9es. L.152-1 et suivants du Code de la consommation, vous avez la possibilit\u00e9, en cas de litige relatif aux honoraires, de recourir gratuitement au M\u00e9diateur de la consommation qui sera le
